By registering for and using the Hybridteck MSME Fund & Grants platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not create an account.
You must be a legitimate MSME owner or authorized representative. You agree to provide accurate information in your membership profile and Business Passport.
An annual non-refundable membership fee is required to activate your dashboard. Membership is activated only after an officer confirms your bank payment. Expired memberships lose access to group and loan features.
You may create or join one funding group of up to 30 active, verified members. Group leadership (CEO/leader) is appointed only after the full qualification check is met. Qualification is a readiness assessment and does not guarantee funding.
A qualified group may request a group fund (a grant disbursed to the CEO/leader). Individual members may apply for a business loan at 1–3% annual interest. Loan disbursement requires leader approval, current monthly dues, and a 10% counterpart contribution.
Members pay 10% of the requested group fund or business loan as a counterpart contribution. Confirmed counterpart funds are credited to the Hybridteck reserve account.
Business loans must be repaid on schedule. Loans with installments 30 or more days overdue are automatically marked as in default. The group CEO/leader may also flag non-performing loans.
Members may invite others using their referral link. Referral commissions (3%, capped at 10,000) are deducted at group fund disbursement and credited to the referring CEO/leader of that group.
All payments are made by bank transfer and reconciled manually by an officer against bank statements. Submitting a false or duplicate payment reference may result in suspension. Pay to: Hybridteck Global Business Consult — Zenith Bank, Account No. 1014736402, or via Paystack.
Hybridteck may suspend or close accounts that provide false information, submit fraudulent payments, or violate these terms.
Funding is guaranteed when all conditions are met. The platform facilitates readiness, verification, and structured peer support.
Hybridteck may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
